To support the Customs administration of Samoa in their efforts to implement CBM in accordance with WCO Instruments and Tools such as the RKC and CBM Compendium.
To enable participants to gain full understanding of the benefits to the government, border agencies and the private sector that can be derived from proper implementation of CBM.
To identify challenges and areas of cooperation between agencies as well as the private sector.
